Most Memorable Wedding related moments
I myself was a guest at a Daydream Island wedding few years ago and I was amused to see the guests desert the bride and groom in mid vows to observe breaching whales passing by. Everyone enjoyed the whale show including the bride and groom.

What do you love about the Whitsundays?
I have travelled all around Australia and seen some amazingly beautiful locations….but it’s the Whitsundays that I have chosen to call home.
The colours are so therapeutic to the soul - I love the vivid greens of the rainforests and the azure blues of the Coral Sea. The delicious warm weather is an extra bonus!
Most Memorable Wedding related moments
Each wedding holds treasured memories…but I could never forget my smallest wedding. It was an intimate elopement where the bride and groom, so obviously deeply in love with each other, melting into each other’s arms and totally lost in the moment, somehow forgot that we were all there (watching) ...the parents, the celebrant, the photographer, the videographer, the chauffeur and myself, all in tears. Even when the remainder of the Total Weddings team watched the video, there was not a dry eye in the house.

What do you love about the Whitsundays?
I love the colours of the Whitsundays. The beautiful blue waters, the white sand of Whitehaven Beach and the clear blue skies. I also enjoy the living in such a relaxed part of the world; were the traffic doesn’t come to a standstill during peak hour.

It is far too hard to select the most memorable wedding moment; as I enjoy being part of every wedding. Each wedding that I attend has something unique to remember. Sometimes it is the people, sometimes the location and sometimes it is the fun and crazy ideas that they have.

I love every minute of life here in the vibrant Whitsundays! The beautiful setting, the relaxed and friendly people and the variety of activities which keep me busy!

We witness so many fantastic moments such as seeing a very excited couple shake and spray their wedding champagne all over themselves following their ceremony! Mostly I love the excitement and emotion in the air minutes before a ceremony commences and to see closest friends and family gather together to celebrate!

What do you love about the Whitsundays?
I had been a visitor to the Whitsundays for years and always enjoyed myself on holidays. Now I am fortunate enough to live here and I am yet to be tired of driving over the hills and looking out over Abel Point Marina and Airlie Beach and taking in the gorgeous views.
Most Memorable Wedding related moments?
I still choke up a little while the bride and groom are saying their vows! At one wedding the flower girl and page boy decided to fight over the basket of petals all the way down the aisle, which created a lot of laughter for all of the guests. They were so little and cute! It’s great to be a invited to share a couple’s special day and help record all of the memories they will have for the rest of their lives.

My love for the Whitsundays began 20 years ago when I relocated here. I was drawn to the beautiful surroundings, amazing turquoise water and fantastic lifestyle.
